It took the better part of a year, but with Lisa’s persistence and expert knowledge in the industry she was able to help us track down, negotiate with and finally close on a vacant property that the owner hadn’t lived in for years. The owner’s family and estate were so grateful that Lisa was able to guide us all through what had become a burden for them and in turn a blessing for us. My fiance and i had worked with a few realtors over a 2 year span and had gotten nowhere. I hooked up with my former neighbor lesley meldrum hodge and she came in hot and found us the house we purchased with a quickness. She is very smart, friendly and gets the info you need in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys!
