The most unethical realtor I have ever come across. He was a listing agent for a house we put offer on and my realtor followed up twice after the expiry of the time for response and this guy did not respond back at all. Finally he responded in plain text message that offer too low, submit better offer or don’t waste my time. One it was rude, 2nd there’s no way to approach for higher offer like this.
