Office will not respond to inquiries for properties they have listed. one associate told me he “would not be driving to the property unless i would reimburse him”. associate are rude and unresponsive. would not recommend listing your house with them if you actually want to sell it because they either will not respond to inquiries or request “reimbursement” for showing their own listing.
