Devin did a great job listing and showing my condo in Providence. The unit needed some work to be ready for showing, and Devin managed all of this for me. Paint work, electrical, plumbing, clean up, staging, legal review - Devin managed it all. In the end, we changed course and decided to rent the unit. Devin and his team managed all of it. They showed the unit, found the right tenant, managed all the screening and review materials, and got the lease signed and delivered in record time.
