If I could give zero stars I would. At every turn this Broker of Record and his agent M. Miao-Dai have proven themselves to be completely unprofessional. Taking advantage of an elderly family member. Sending contracts over email, didn’t sit with her to explain - filled out the paperwork incorrectly. Do NOT work with them at any cost.
Rude, intrusive, and very unprofessional. Terrible experience. Would never work with them after dealing via their clients.
