Very suspicious transactions from this office. I put an offer in on a house on 18th Street. Was listed for $335,000, my offer with no contingency was $34,000 OVER asking. Was told my offer was 3rd highest and solicited for more money, only to find the house closed for $309,000 2 months later? $60,000 less than my offer, very suspicious! How do sellers walk away from 60k (20% more money)? I just can’t imagine, except for market manipulation by agents. I wonder if the sellers even knew. I think situations like this happen more... read more
