RecommendedI've been renting a until from Jon and Rachael Carroll for nearly three years now. I've had many bumps along the way. I got divorced, lost jobs, had emergency surgery, gained jobs. During all of this, the Carroll's have been nothing but understanding and compassionate. Communication is key. If I ever have an issue, they're right on top of it. Never will I do business with this company. I requested information on a house they had for rent and recieved a phone call rather quickly which I was excited about. I spoke with Bill Carol who was telling me a bit about the house then asked if I had pets. When I said yes two dogs his response was “this isn’t going to work” and hung up on me. Really guy? Not even a simple “sorry we don’t take pets at all.” Or “we don’t take pets at this location but we have others”
The agents and staff are very nice and understandable! They were all very professional and pleasant.
A place with very friendly people and a lot of knowledge. I am proud being a part of it.
