Horrible communication. Today is May24, 2022 and we still haven’t received the rental proceeds for the month of May. Alex nor Danila won’t answer their phone either direct or office number.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I would imagine any 5 star ratings are absolutely false accounts. Starting in July 2020 our rental income was received late and got later as the months went on. We call and write emails and get no response. It is now April 2021 and we have not received our March 2021 funds. This is completely unprofessional, this company and Mr. Nova have had legal action brought to them by several customers experiencing the same issues as I have. Horrible property management. My tenants complained they do not return calls. They are not returning calls after terminating my agreement as they weren’t my original realtor for property management. I formally sent in a request for my security deposit and that was three months ago. I know if I don’t receive funds by the 1st of March I am suing. Been in the Navy 25 years I will spread the word not yo use this company.
When I moved in, the place was not completely cleaned. They never removed the lockbox from my front door. It took months for my garbage disposal to get fixed. I paid every month, on time, for one year and about six weeks prior to my lease ending, I provided Shanti Boost with my updated email and cell contact information. At some point I was expecting her to send me a new lease...but I was never given the opportunity to renew. If I could shout it out to people on here I would, but DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I am still waiting to get my security deposit back 4 months later. Remax Central is a joke. I've tried for months to get in contact with these people, and the only person that responded was Amber Hughes. The only thing she told me is she's not the one handling my situation and she'll forward it over to Alex Nova. He's a clown that refuses call anybody back.
