Remax Centerstone continues to employ and hold the license Jeremy Tucker as he conducts fraudulant real estste within his web of over 100 real estate corporations. Over 40 active lawsuits exist in several states with Jeremy taking advantage of consumers and using the trusted Remax brand name to execute the complicated web of fraud. very poor communication
One of their agents Jeremy Tucker has gone through and bought a lot of properties around Indianapolis. He is allowing these to go into complete disrepair and become drug dens. I have personally spent hundreds of dollars boarding up one of his properties to slow the spread of problems in our neighborhood. The property Is a complete eyesore and is not kept up. Trees are overgrown grass is allowed to grow knee high before they cut it. I would not do business with anyone that would allow this man to stay on their brokerage.
