I recently reached out regarding a home listing through a referral from a client. Unfortunately, my interaction with the business owner was deeply unprofessional and offensive. During our conversation, he made derogatory and inappropriate remarks, including calling me a prostitute and questioning my ability to purchase a home based on my appearance. Ken and David both were unprofessional and rude and arrogant. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Run away as fast as you can.
Do not rent from them. They are completely unprofessional. They also charge you for having "phantom chickens" in the backyard upon move out lol. Never a single chicken on our property to my knowledge and they took the rest of our deposit for it. They are the worst company we've ever rented from. Daylight robbers! They rent dilapidated homes with all the flaws covered up. Good luck with all the mold.
