The initial contact was good. We appeared to have a productive meeting where I was clear what I had for a sale and what I was looking at for services. The agents seemed interested in representing me in the sale. After 3 weeks of pushing for information, I was informed that they don't (or want to) provide the service that we had talked about. This was a colossal waste of time dealing this group. If there was no interest from the beginning, say so. Why waste everyone's time in playing games for the ensuing weeks?
Thank you Jeff McInnis and team for helping me navigate the selling of my family home. From beginning to end Jeff was there to answer my constant questions as I had never been a seller before. I appreciate all your help during this emotional time. PS am I now on the Christmas card list? :-)
