As an octogenarian, and having not done a real estate transaction for over 50 years, selling a house was a daunting task. Brett Fine lead me through the process and we were soon on the market. We were fortunate to soon find an acceptable offer in a short period of time. Brett's second task was to lead me through all of the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction. He was there providing help, up to the point of me banking my transaction check. Good Job!
