If I could give zero stars I would. Steer clear of Kelly Leipprandt and Bayshore properties
Jeremy has been amazing. Understanding our needs and the ideal location for a peaceful and beautiful setting . He went above and beyond answering every question and concern , being patient and considerate. Not only is he an excellent agent , he has now become a friend. Buying a house means different things to different people . Knowing the difference means everything. Many friends looking to have summer places in TC . Jeremy will be the one who will sell them.
JD was great. So helpful during the the buying process and then managed my house for a year while I rented it out. Definitely recommend!
Mary Christian realtor for Re/Max is one of the most rude people we have met in Traverse City, in fact the ONLY rude person we have met in town. We were stood up once by her and when she did show up she was unprepared, but made an excuse every time. Totally unprofessional and I hate to say it but extremely flaky. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lady. Oh, and the house she stood us up at we ended up buying from another realtor unfortunately not from Re/max where we had heard good things.
