I contacted one of the agents to reach out for some info on areas of interest I had in Markham! I was told good things about this Remax branch but my experience was pretty amateur ! The woman contacted me by text fairly soon after my contact request . Her first question was to I know if I was actively looking or just browsing ! Maybe she felt I’d meet her on Monday and buy a house on Tuesday ! Agents used to actually tour areas with clients … do the leg work … now they expect a commitment even before doing ANY work !
