Good lord ...i have never see an agent that literally did NOT listen to one thing i said. I gave her several things to look for including, but not limited to, price, area/locations, house type, out-buildings, etc.. etc. I also told her things i did NOT want in a house which included certain areas and types of areas. She sent me back listings that are nearly $150,000.00 OVER what i wanted to pay in areas that are specifically said i did NOT want to be in and none of the properties had ANY of the things i was looking for.
