Had the pleasure of being introduced to Janet in late February, 2019. I was contemplating making a move into town, but had done absolutely nothing to get started. With Janet's seasoned guidance, resources and help, I closed on a perfect home in Brookhaven and she listed my Grayson home and sold it, all within four months. She worked tirelessly, stood her ground for me on the buy and sell and provided great input all along the way. Janet is a pros pro and a great person too!

Janet Elliott is a first rate real estate agent. We started looking early in neighborhoods near Midtown and she provided us listing that met our criteria so we could better define our needs. She knows her market and is tireless working with clients like us who are making major changes in our living arrangements. Janet and Brian were super helpful and patient during our house hunting and closing. My wife had a laundry list of priorities and Janet ensured she identifies the right location and neighborhood. She also helped us in negotiating with the seller (Bank in this case) and working thru the closing process. She was engaged and guided us for our first house. I will work her for our next house and highly recommend her as a trusted agent.

My financial advisor recommended his own agent, Janet, when we inherited my parents' oversized, 1970's, cedar-sided house, located in a golf country club that is impossibly exclusive to join. We used Janet when relocating to Georgia from Colorado and we LOVED her! Knowing absolutely nothing about Georgia, we wanted to work with someone that would be open to exploring multiple areas before making a decision and she was right there with us.
