This has been my worst real estate experience in 25 years ! Stay away from this co.

Mr. ******** entered into a legally binding contract to sell his home. Mr. ******** had multiple conversations with my agent in regards to the fact he had someone interested in purchasing his property. Not only did he consult my agent to discuss a potential buyer he had, he asked my agent to assist him in the process in which my agent agreed to and at a discounted commission since he procured the potential buyer. This location was the worst real estate sales location I have ever been to. Little or no communication on your property listing. Needed to give suggestions to the "experts" on how to sell the home. Wanted out of the contract BUT WAS NOT ALLOWED. Be sure if you are foolish enough to go to them that you are able to get out of the contract if you wish. My wife and I have sold many homes and dealt with many realtors this experience was absolutely the worst.
