This company is a freaking disgrace. Us as African Americans deserve equality and not discrimination. They have wrongly charged me as well as overcharge on application fees and any other fee they hit you with and I KNOW it’s because THE COLOR OF MY SKIN. Please do not use this company. Management SUCKS!!!
They discriminate very heavily and it’s extremely noticeable. They have done things to me that I’ve spoken to my Caucasian neighbors about that had them taken back. The better business bureau needs to step in. Or the whole staff and office needs to be fired and replaced. If you are African American or an ally please DO NOT move here.
They charge for normal wear in tear and homes that owners moved out of and already know they have years old pips , sinks & drains , spoke detectors everything after I keep there home in such good condition , get the carpet cleaned every 6 months, clean walls & all this how they treat you , put the home owners problems on the tenants, maybe because I’m the young African American girl ! & They don’t answer the phone so get the email , you tell me if I’m responsible for this ? Sink broke then broke the pipe

Received notice from American Dream Realty that it was our new managment company, and that all Sussex Square Condo fees were due the first of each month. The notice was post marked 7/3/24. Did not receive notice in mail until 7/8/24. My 7/2024 condo fee has already been paid to previous condo managment company. I call American Dream and all I get is a message machine. Bad Dream.
