Worst experience ever! Clyde Murphy is the agent and he is NOT honest and trying to sell my husband and I a home that had flooding issues. Selling in Florida in the dry season is what these agents do. We are still trying to get out of a contract and have contacted an attorney. I am a Sr. with a disabled husband. We have tried to negotiate and even pay the seller part of the deposit. He ignores our offers to settle and move on. We can’t insure the home because of its condition.
