I recently purchased a place where Gary Murphy (with RE/MAX Alliance-Crossroads) was the seller’s agent. He was absolutely awful and relied on my agent’s knowledge and work ethic to sell the house. I was moving from out of state and on my day of closure , the seller had not even moved out entirely (house was to be emptied of Everything), and my agent helped the seller move some of the stuff out (Gary no where to be found !). Long story short , I have had to still move the sellers stuff out and the house was left so disgustin... read more
