June 30,2020. Property 573 Crystal Dr, Madeira Beach FL. This home was listed for rent on Zillow for 10 days and was just taken off as listed for rent on July 1, 2020. I reached out to Ms Sheri Allen to view this rental several times since this home was on Zillow for rent. I called 3 different phone numbers for her, left voicemails, sent emails, sent texts to no avail. No response. Julie Higginbotham Sandoval Seriously went above and beyond to help me. I know what I could afford was/is on the lower end of what she is used to looking at and she trekked through some questionable areas with me. She was honest with me and let me use her as a sounding board. Even when I almost pulled out of where I planned to buy, because the Sellers were so horrible, she assured me she had my back and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Yes their agent Tamra Kennedy was contacted several times because my friend inadvertently left her new washing machine behind. Said she let her have it back if my friend would give Tamra her chandelier. When my friend said no, Tamra let one of the contractors have the washer. Who does that and worse what company allows that? They are in the wrong and owe my friend a new washer. This company is trying to put it off the my friends agent who didn't have anything to do with it. This is one shady company. Beware using them!
