Patty is an EXCEPTIONAL Broker !!!! Her knowledge of the North Shore towns and real estate market were invaluable to me during my home search. Moreover, she was incredibly responsive to may last minute requests for showings and always quick to reply to a text or call. She is a rockstar - who else would crawl down a 90 degree ladder into a dirt crawl space basement to look for signs of water ? She is equally adept at climbing around an attic :-). I can' t give her a high enough rating she is a 10.
