Team Newton in Bossier City, Louisiana game me the WORST service I have ever experienced from any business, especially a service business. Mr. Newton and his property management team "managed” my rental property for two years. In that time I was LIED to numerous times and they did not uphold the terms of their own rental agreement! These people are ridiculously insane!! My sister rents a house from them and they told them it was central air and heat, it wasn't then the lady told them they had to get their own air and heat. Tried to get gas turned on and the gas man literally laughed because the house would.catch fire(July). Then they would NEVER fix the plumbing. So on 1/18/18 my sister returned home to her kids room on fire due to the wires in the attic. They haven't tried to put my family in another house or anything. RecommendedI've bought a home and rented a home. Both can be grueling experiences, but this company has some of the nicest people working here. They go out of their way to help out and get the job done. I don't think I could go anywhere else for my real estate needs.
