Brenda was great! She quickly responded to my questions. She was integral in getting on my house on the market quickly by helping to arrange quality contractors for cosmetic updates and doing a thorough market analysis to determine the right price. We had an offer within a week of listing! I'd highly recommend letting Brenda sell your home. I'd use her to find my new home if I were staying in the area.

Incredibly accommodating, made the process of buying from far away easy. Very easy to talk to, considerate, and knows someone for everything you'd need buying a home - lenders, inspectors, repair men... If you need an easy process, Brenda is the one to seek out.

I found Liliana after cancelling contract with another agent. The contrast was amazing. Liliana showed two dozen homes m/l at my request. This included video and personal showings at my discretion. Her knowledge of San Antonio area is impressive. She shared information that allowed for a well educated choice outside of any bad areas. Liliana was a great help with her knowledge and experience that let you a quick resolution and closing. She even had the house cleaned when the sellers did a poor job.
