I had a great experience selling my townhouse thru Bill Needham. I have known Bill for a long time and had complete trust in his abilities and knew he would act with fairness and integrity making the transaction worry free. I highly recommended Bill for all your real estate needs.
We were selling property with no water access, needless to say not an easy sale. It took a while to sale and Bill would come up with new ways of advertising it keeping some interest going. He sold 2 lots for us without stress or problems. We also enjoyed Bill personally, he is friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable person.
He’s more than just a realtor. He actually listens to and cares about his clients. Bill was by our side during the whole process. We started looking in January and finally closed on a house in September. We looked at hundreds of homes here in Grand Junction and visited between 25 and 30 homes before we found the right fit for us. Bill could’ve given up on us after the first 10 houses that we visited, but he didn’t. Thank you Bill, from the bottom of our hearts. You made our dream come true.
Bill did a great job helping us relocate to Grand Junction. He get's an A+ for communication, via email, text, & phone. When your home is such a major investment, it is really critical to have someone that's genuinely working for you.
