Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional Mike helped us purchase both our homes to date. Great Negotiator! I was impressed with Michael when he helped me find and buy the house, 27 years ago, that he now , helped me sell for top dollar. Michael had a good feel for market pricing and what features buyers would expect and appreciate. He packs a lot of information into a short conversation, yet, was patient with me when I needed things explained again or in another way. Always the seasoned professional. We really appreciated his negotiation skills when it came to closing the deal.
