If I could offer zero stars for two agents affiliated with this location, I would but one will suffice. My fiancé went under contract with the sellers of a home on a Tuesday evening, scheduled an inspection for Friday of the same week, and by Thursday afternoon, an unexpected Cancellation of Contract letter was issued by the seller's attorney sans reason or explanation. Very helpful Employees
Ron Berghuis and Val were so rude when we went to pick up our earnest money. Ron didn’t ask questions and just told us he wouldn’t give us anything without our agent present, we got our agent on the phone and he was rude to him. Our agent got on the phone with Val, a manager there, who was just as rude and told me I should have gotten there earlier(got there at 2:30 on a Saturday when they close at 3).
