Appalling behavior by the receptionists and the practice manager before I even got to see a Dr. I used their online booking system to make an appointment for March, they called 2 weeks later saying there was a mistake, no appointments until September. When I expressed my disappointment the receptionist said, "well I could have not called you and you would have turned up, and the Dr wouldn't have been here". An appalling corporatised so-called provider of outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services. Told just days before an appointment that was confirmed 7 months ago that a conflict of interest existed (not detailed) and that I had a recent review by another doctor at the practice. Not true. Last appointment with previous Dr was 9 months ago. Any issue would or should have been highlighted 7 months ago not at 1 minute to midnight. The 'Re-Set Program' is an excellent 3 week voluntary admission program for mental health. The nursing staff and Dr Tye Drake provided excellent care while I changed medications. The group therapy sessions were relevant and practical, enabling me to re-establish routines for mental and physical health. The facilities and decor create a pleasant atmosphere suitable for the length of stay. The food is exceptional, generous, with variety.
