Very disappointed. Went into a store to learn about their bath remodel options, because of their high ratings. I spoke to Janice and she was great. She gave me a card to call for a free consultation. I called the number a few days later and the kid who eventually answered the phone was incredibly rude. It felt like I was inconvenienceing him by wanting a consultation and giving them an option to earn my business. I almost walked away right then, and I should have. Jordan T did a terrific job. He was professional and efficient. He always kept us informed of the job progress. There were no surprises. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!
Job was started when promised, completed on schedule (5 days). Custom size tub to shower conversion. Hunter and Adam took great care to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. From demolition to finished product, they arrived each day when they said they would, and worked 5 full days to make sure the job was done right and on-time. Custom doors to come in 2-3 weeks. Excellent work ethic by these two young men, friendly and respectful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
