We had a good experience. The installer was courteous and considerate. He did a very good job. Our only problem is that I didn't ask enough questions and I am uncertain what kind of materials were used. Now we are struggling to get answers to my questions.
Our master bath was a total remodel down to the studs. Even though I picked out the finishes, shower, vanity, etc., I never imagined the bathroom would turn out so beautiful. I absolutely love it! Everyone, from customer service to all the workers were fantastic. A special “thank you” to Aaron for heading up the project. We just had Rebath remodel our master bath and every part of our experience was fabulous. The communication, installer, materials to the finished product. If i could give zero star ....I would! We called home depot to get a quote appointment for our bathroom tub. **** ***** sent out to our house their contracted company re-bath and kitchens, to give us a quote for a new bathtub. John ******** (re-bath salesman from Prescott Valley, AZ) came to our house March 2, 2019 to give us a quote. What was to be less than a hour turned into 4 hours on our day off. Contracted through **** *****to do a shower install; had until midnight 3/5/18 unfortunately during this time, my father was dying from cancer and passed on 3/7/18. So calling to cancel was not a priority or even a thought. When we did call to cancel, we were told there was a cancellation fee (even though nothing in contract stated this) also there was no custom ordering done for this order.
The whole experience from beginning to end was a disaster. We were foolish not to get other quotes because they definitely took advantage of us. We needed to hurry because our handicap daughter was coming to live with us and what a mess. Shop around because there has to be a better company than this one!

My entire experience with Rebath has been horrible.nothing but issues and problems.blown off by their mangers for almost a month, several lame techs came out to fix issues only to make them worse. Have asked severral times to speak to the owner,only to be passed on to other employees. For almost 16,000.00 spent on a small bathroom remodel I'd rather it all be removed and my money refunded. Would never use them again or recommend to anyone.would still like to sit down with the owner who promises satisfaction on his web site.

Unfortunately,this installation was scheduled improperly due to the customer’s request to break the job up into two parts; the vanity and counter-top first and shower area second. Once we went to do the job, the counter-top was delayed. Once complete the customer was unhappy with the length of her sink faucet. The Design Consultant and President spoke with the customer and apologized. Our Production Manager replaced her faucet with a different one she preferred.
