I'm editing this review as I've had an electrical issue for more than a month past completion date, and it's still not fixed. ReBath did send out someone to change the light bulbs hoping that would correct the flickering problem for my vanity fixture, but it did not and the person reporting back to them told them it was. I understand miscommunications and I've had several emails to them, along with several calls, and I have been generous with response time as I do understand that the company may be busy. Matt and Omar are the guys who remodeled my bathroom and they were incredible. Really nice guys, fun to talk to, and they just did an amazing job! I have a disability and needed some specific modifications which was their top priority. They answered all my questions and always made sure they understood what I wanted before they did the work. I miss seeing them every day now! Lol I can't recommend them enough!
Both the installer, Nick, and the site manager, Jeff, were extremely helpful and tremendously competent in their work. They went over and above to make sure all was done correctly (especially with an older house / pipes that my dad built in 1951) After the job was completed, I experienced a minor leak of water underneath my laundry tub (which is adjacent to the back end of the water pipes for new shower). It turned out to be "residual" water that dried up completely within two days. I highly doubt that another company would ... read more
Don’t trust this company’s warranty!!! We were told ANYTHING they installed would be covered for life, my safety rail ripped off the wall while getting in my tub and I fell into the tub and this company didn’t care about the fall and said they would NOT fix the safety rail. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
