Great overall experience. No surprises. No hiccups. Just a plan and a professional. The results are awesome and the process was very easy.
The installer, Hunter, was great! I would highly recommend him, even though he's with Re-Bath. I have a complicated history with Re-Bath regarding pricing. There was a lot of back-and-forth about my items being custom-made; therefore, the high prices are justified. Interestingly enough, the so-called custom-made tub I got was too big. It would not fit in my area without breaking down a door frame. But my installer... he was able to find a replacement tub, same day. It's the same tub but smaller. Our old bathroom was literally falling apart badly. I was skeptical about a remodel but I did and I am Hap Hap Happy with the results H A P P Y! And in just a day and a half… MindBLOWING TRANSFORMATION. Did I mention I am Hap Hap Happy Happy Thanks Re-Bath You Guys (Remodel) R O C K
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dana. Not only was he very thorough asking thought provoking questions that guided us through the decision making process, but he was genuine. He is perhaps the best sales person we've experienced in our lifetimes, and that's saying a lot. He put us at total ease and we know implicitly that we chose the right company. The bathroom floor is going to be replaced, too! Can't wait for the job to be done!
