We had a great experience with our design consultation at Re-Bath. Our design consultant was incredibly informative, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options clearly, and helped us feel confident in our decisions without ever making us feel pressured. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the consultation enjoyable, and we left feeling excited about our future project.
AVOID! I scheduled a free in-home consultation to get measurements and a quote for remodeling my shower. I had already provided the company with the details of exactly what I wanted quoted before the appointment. Yet the representative walked into my home making assumptions that I was remodeling multiple bathrooms. She never once asked me what I actually wanted done, never looked at my bathroom, never took a single measurement, and never evaluated the space. Despite that, she confidently quoted me $20,000. Steven was our installer and I can't brag on him enough! I was skeptical about Rebath, the cost, and how this project was going to turn out but we are more than satisfied with the outcome. 2 days is all it took, thanks again Steven for such awesome workmanship!
