The worst customer service ever. I have reached out for 6 months on our bathtub faucet. They replaced one and the 2nd one has the same issue. Back in January I was told someone would call me. I have reached out 3x and still no response. This is what $20k gets you is absolute horrible customer service. Was told there was an issue with other customers as well and no resolution. Someone get back to me and make it right!
Rebath is not very good, tbh. They have very limited choices, almost everything is plastic, and there were different workers every single time they came in. The bathtub surround had 1/2 gaps between the slabs, and they had rounded the edges where the slabs come together for some reason, which made the gap seem wider. We had them redo it. Our high quality fixtures were tossed and replaced with cheap ones, with no choice on the style. They were very responsive to our requests, though, and the scheduling lady was wonderful.
Do not use this company!!! They do not stand behind their work. They failed to hook a drainage pipe to my bathtub emergency drain and are refusing to fix it because it is outside of the one year workmanship warranty. I didn't know that I was supposed to be able to see through walls to confirm their work was completed correctly. I called corporate to get help and a "supervisor", Jody Sherman, decided to belittle me instead of helping me. Go elsewhere to get your remodel done. You will regret using these people!!! Great workmanship but HORRIBLE Service after the sale. After multiple messages to Katelyn & Robert on the service, warranty side of the business, I never received a response. I ended up calling as a potential new customer to actually get in touch with someone, who was then able to put me in contact with Robert. We set a time and date for service. 2 days before service I made multiple calls before reaching Robert to verify our appointment which he knew nothing about and blamed his computer. Tanner was great. Very personable, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with designing our bathroom.
