My husband I called Rebath and are absolutely excited to work with them. First, they did an evening consultation for us which helped a lot with our work schedules. Second, the rep, Joey, was fantastic. He showed up on time, was polite, and knowledgeable about every detail. Caleb, the installer, did a great job. He is very kind and works fast. He did a great job installing my walk-in shower in only 1.5 days. UPDATE: The shower squeeks and squawks (very noisy). This is probably somewhat normal for acrylic, but I think the shower pan isn't supported properly in some spots. I noticed the wall isn't cut straight where it joins the shower pan in one place. I hope the caulk holds and it doesn't start to leak. The inside shower door keeps rolling back and is more flimsy than the outer door. I've calle... read more

Horrible experience! Terrible install, of broken materials, terrible customer care and service, and they DO NOT honor their warranty! Paid full amount and was treated like trash. Wouldn't reccomend EVER!
Joey the consultant did a great job helping design the shower and Caleb did an excellent job with the installation! He did the shower in two days. Had a great overall experience!
