Had an appointment scheduled in advanced for today at 3pm for a bathroom remodel. They called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he would be 1 hour and 36 minutes late. Said okay fine, then turned out he would have been almost 4 hours late to our appointment. He was really trying to come at 7 at night for a 2 hour apt. Wasted our time when I just had twins. Never again.

The installer was very courteous. He replaced our tub and shower . I couldn’t be more pleased. He cleaned up wihen finished and answered questions .

I must say I have had one of the most enjoyable, informative and helpful experience while working with Joey and Kristi at Re-Bath on acquiring a new and much needed walk-in shower. Their degree of professionalism along with customer service was top notch and I am more than confident that I will be totally pleased with their product and installation. Highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone considering future bath remodels.
