Before I start my review the company made things right. Here's our story. It took 8 MONTHS to get one walk-in shower installed. We placed the order July 2021 and they just finished 2 weeks ago. It took 3 months for them to even start the project, we were told 6 to 8 weeks. The first installer did get our bathroom done in 5 days however my husband told him on a daily basis that we couldn't live with the job he was doing. His response was to walk away from my husband.
