Eric was quick to setup an appointment on our schedule. He was on time and made the process as easy as possible. He created a shower to fit my exact needs for my progressive disease.
We had a good experience with Eric, our design consultant, and Laz, the installer. Work was completed within the estimated timeframe and the installer was friendly, professional, and did excellent work.
Eric did a great job of walking thru what they could or could not do. Then made sure to listen to all our wants, making suggestions along the way, and then putting together a comprehensive bid that is competitive with the 4 other bids we received. He was an excellent sales rep.
Our installer Lazarus was very professional and polite and would highly recommend him. The shower him and his crew installed looks amazing!
I was able to freely speak without any problems and if there was any, Eric P. Helped explained every step. My partner and I are very detailed oriented people for we have delt with too many rip offs. Eric definitely guided us through every concern and made us feel more confident.
