Unfortunately the customer service and quality is failing. As a former design consultant who against company policy shared my personal cell phone number with my customers to ensure they were receiving the service they were promised, I was surprised to find all the unhappy people. It’s unfortunate that companies can spend money to make sure peoples bad experiences are buried so deep in the internet that most people will never see them.
