Update: Had nice conversation with owner and after going through how we both experienced the issue we were able to come to an agreement. I will update again if anything changes but as of now it looks like he is going to make it right. We have never encouraged using a neighbors lawn to access a client's lawn. We have spoken with our teams about the damage to your lawn to ensure that something like this never happens again. They will charge you for services not rendered. I got charged twice in January for lawn mowing and maintenance. I know for a fact that nobody had come on the days of service that they billed me for. If you are not mowing my yard, don't bill me. The manager's response is someone went, grass was too short to mow, and they just "manicured" the edges. Umm..they didn't. The grass had not grown at all, and the few dead leaves that were on the grass and sidewalks were intact after the said service. So they had not done a thing. And... read more
