This Contractor did not have the equipment on hand to do the right job.I would NOT recommend his Company to do this kind of work
Business response:
I just don't carry a chain saw as standard equipment on the truck. We did get one however, but there was still no pleasing the consumer.
Rick did an excellent job with some salt finish concrete work for my front yard landscape. I plan on using RDM again for future jobs we have planned here.
The RV Pad in one house has been completed. Rick and his crew were professional. There were no delays. Rick so far has been a pleasure to work with. I look forward to completing the second half of this request in the near future.
Poor communication and documentation made for a rocky transaction. Initial job estimate was low by 15%. Upon this discovery the relationship was strained. In the end, transaction was fair.
Business response:
This customer tried to get more than he was willing to pay for. We used his calculations as he insisted which latter proved to be wrong. I offered to place the square footage he originally contracted for.
We did hire them, it just hasn't been started yet. I will updatethis when we finish.
There was a mixup, or communication breakdown of the job we wanted completed, as opposed to what was actually done, however, overall, we were fairly satisfied.
Business response:
I recomended that the concrete be placed correctly, and this was agreed on two weeks before placement. After the work was completed she said it was not what they wanted.
Rick was very good and very professional. I feel that I got a great rate and very good service. I would recommend him to anyone for a job done right.
We have hired them and the work is 90% finished. So far every thing looks great. I will complete this rating when the work is finished. The job is now complete and It looks just like we imagined. We couldn't be more satisfied. We will definitely be hiring RDM in the future for other projects.
