I am satisfied with the completed work. However, there were a few problems to get the concrete completed. I believe these problems were directly related to RDM only having 2 full time employees. I had to get my job postponed for three days because the one worker's truck broke down on the day they were supposed to start. Also, the pouring of the concrete was delayed for 2 days because they could not find extra help the day after they framed and they already had another job lined up for the following 2 days.
Business response:
The job was delayed because the customer made last minute major changes. The truck did break down but has been replaced. We have four full time employees and we have all the finishers we need from the Union.
Rick is very conscientious. He gives good advice and recommendations. He resolved unforseen challenges that came up just fine. And....the work he did looks great! Thanks Rick and company. :-)

Everything went well! There was just some confusion as to if we were ready to start the project or not but we ironed things out and had them do the work for me. Other than the confusion, excellent service!
RDM was great, professional and polite, on time every time, all I did was show them where and what I wanted done and that's all, they did the rest. The finished product looks excellent and I think I got more in the bargain? Thanks RDM for your work.
