Terrible customer service. They can’t even fill air in a tire. And overall are extremely rude.
I had a really disappointing experience here. The Armenian staff member asked where I was from before deciding how to treat me, which felt completely unfair and discriminatory. No customer should be judged or treated differently based on their background. It was uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable…..
Albert was very friendly and helpful, and let me know I needed a fuel pump and sensor after a quick diagnostic. He rang round and said everyone was out of stock, so I might be without my car over Christmas, possibly to New Year. I’m a musician, so this was bad news. However, he somehow found one and fitted it on Christmas Eve. He even stayed open so I could pick up my car for the holiday. Amazing service, and my car is running better than ever. Highly recommended.
