Cleaned up billing, NOT TRUE. Long wait on line time and RUDE! Rec'd bill today for service i did not know about in June, 2018. Tried to give Medicare and supplemental ins info. They refused just said service not covered. If they take Medicare clients, they cannot be selective of which accounts they chose to cover. Frustrated.
Never use this place. Don't know about the accuracy of their work but the billing office is horrible. They will not help you with Medicare corrections even when THEY bill incorrectly. I have had to do all the leg work in order to get my bill straightened out while they sat in their little cubicles and did nothing.
