Greeted the moment I walked in. Had no trouble finding what I needed. Very friendly
Used to be one of my favorite stores. They are out of color all the time now. I came twice to look for a Pravana color. The second time the lady stated they just got the truck, refused to go to the back to see if they received the color I was looking for. Keep in mind there was only two customers in the store and I was one of them. She claim how busy they are and will get to the boxes whenever they get a chance.
