Since the change in management, this business has experienced a decline. The current product selection is less extensive compared to competitors such as Frank. Therefore, I recommend purchasing products directly from the manufacturers, with the exception of Redken.

I would give them 000 star if that an option. 😂 what’s a joke running business and treating peoples like they’re. Don’t go there. If not you will regret. New manager, owner or what ever the heck it is SUCKS !

Literally if you can shop at any other rda please do so. My license is renewed I’m waiting on the new one in the mail. They ask me to take pictures of a license I can’t take pics of because I’m not in my suite. Please let’s be logical. They are so rude for no reason actually. I’ve been legally license for over 4 years and only have a problem at this location.
