Absolutely the worst experience walking into any plumbing heating hvac supplier! The receptionist was beyond rude almost even ignorant! I was looking to get my house plumbed from scratch but asked for a quote on a water heater and was told they dont sell to the general public??? I am not even sure what the ignorant person was saying to be honest just fealt like she was telling me to f off and go else where she doesn't have the time to deal with such a small thing. I would highly recommend not wasting your time here. Apparently they don't sell retail to walk in customers without items being installed??? I asked for a quote on product only mentioning they would be installed at a later date but was told they don't sell retail. Service was not friendly polite or helpful basically get the f out of the store feeling.
