The service at RCT Endodontics Navy Yard was excellent starting at the front desk receptionist, dental assistant, to Dr. Chayne Coston. Dr. Coston was empathetic during the consultation and answered my question on the pro and cons of getting the root canal to save a tooth and the alternative of getting the tooth extracted. The information he provided helped me to make an informed decision.
The receptionist, staff and doctor were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I was seen on time and the office was modern and very clean. I highly recommend this office.
Staff were very warm and friendly. The entire root canal process was seamless.
