Don't ever rent from this company. We had several problems with them. A month into our rental the garage door did not work and it took over a month to come and fix it. The whole garage opener had to be replaced. I asked if we would be getting a credit for the nonuse of the door and we were told tough luck. The garage outlets kept blowing the fuse and we could only plug in the garage fridge. Nothing like a freezer or chargers. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The property I rented was filthy upon moving in and had many issues the entire time I lived there. The a/c went out the first summer I lived there and instead of ever fixing the hvac unit, they installed a 1 room window unit, keeping the apt around 84 degrees on summer days. Had rats from the beginning and when I reported it, I was told pest control was tenants' responsibility. There was tons of things wrong with not just the company but the property. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would in a heart beat. The apartments I live in for a while was the Red Brick Apartments. It was my starter apartment and it was owned by a different company when I moved in. With the new management (RCPM) coming in, myself along with many of the tenants had problems with communication, maintenance and management. I am a current tenant with this company. Upon moving in the house was non-livable condition. The whole time promoting the property online as a remodeled and beautiful home. The company has been fined by Huntsville city codes. Is still being fined for violations. The house has faulty electrical, faulty plumbing. A rotten roof and multiple other issues. I'm an out of state investor, pretty new to real estate. Glenn at RCPM helped me find a property after visiting several and putting in 2 different offers. I then worked with the RCPM group to rehab they property. They provided a quote and coordinated the rehab work for me, sending updates and photos as the rehab happened.
