Extremely disappointed with the responsiveness of our community manager, Becky Johnson and RCP! We notified Becky on Dec. 31 that our spa was not working and had to send a follow-up email on January 6th because she did not respond. She eventually responded saying that she will take a look and will notify the community of the issue. We hired RCP for our almost 300 home HOA management about a year ago. We are on our third community manager. Things started off much better than they are currently going. We are hoping the current community manager and RCP (who were recently bought out) will step up to fill the gaps and shortcomings that three community managers in one year causes. Our first CM was great to work with (he left), the second one a nightmare, and our third is great so far.
