I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before hiring RCP as your community management company. I recently submitted a landscape maintenance ticket because the landscaping in our community has been severely lacking, despite residents paying more than $20,000 per month for landscaping services. My experience with RCP Community Management was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had as a homeowner. I spent months attempting to resolve a wall repair issue affecting my property. Throughout the process, Community Manager Kathy Nuttall consistently failed to provide meaningful assistance or help bring the matter to resolution. 15 dollars for a key fob to gain access to pool when they charge exurbanite prices every month. Impartial and unfair voting for policies effecting everybody such as a small amount of people deciding if everybody should be allowed to park on the street or not.
