I'm submitting this review as a warning- do NOT sign up with this company. I signed up for an ACLS/BLS renewal class for one week, then PALS renewal class the following week. I received a phone call stating that the only other classmate I had for the ACLS/BLS cancelled, and they would be moving my ACLS/BLS date to the next week, so that I could take it at the same time as PALS. Great instructors. Owners very involved in advancing good quality CPR
Even with a 5 day notice they are charging me $20 for cancelling, since I'm getting forced at work. Teacher was cool, but the staff very unprofessional. She tried selling me a PALS book, with a $15 markup. When I voiced my concern they said, take it or leave it. And on top of it, during the class the front desk lady heated up some stinky food in the microwave that stunk up the entire place, and while I was taking the written I could hear her yell on the phone for 20 minutes.
