The staff at RCO take pride in their service. Ralph is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to customers' needs to help them find a car that works for them. He patiently answers questions and doesn't rush you in the decision process. In the past I would walk into other dealerships with my guard up anticipating a pitch that they save for women customers. But after the experiences I've had at RKO, I no longer have that dread I used to feel.
